Oddly Groovy currently ships orders only within India.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, and the estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days depending on your location.

We partner with trusted third-party courier services to deliver your orders, and while we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

 Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details, including phone number, are accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details or unreachable contact numbers.

If a package is returned to us for these reasons, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional charges.
