Return and Refund

At Oddly Groovy, we want you to feel amazing in what you wear. But if something doesn’t vibe with you, no worries — we’ve got a return option in place.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Returns are not applicable on discounted or sale items.

Currently, we don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply return the item and place a new order.

Returns are valid for sizing issues, if the product looks different than expected, or if there’s a defect. In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@oddlygroovy.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos.

Items that have been used, washed, stained, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted. Similarly, items purchased during sales or promotional offers, or return requests raised after 14 days, are not eligible. We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet our conditions. Photos or videos of the original packaging may be requested for verification.

A return fee of ₹100 per product applies. This covers pickup and quality check processing. Return pickups are arranged only from the original delivery address.

To initiate a return, head to the My Orders section on our website and choose the return option. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via Instagram DM or email.

Once your return request is approved, our delivery partner will collect the product within 48–72 hours. After we receive the item, it will go through a quality check. If the product passes the check, your refund will be initiated. If it fails — for example, if it's used or doesn’t match what was shipped — we won’t be able to process the refund, and the item won’t be returned to you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually take 4–7 business days after approval. You’ll receive an email confirmation with the UTR number once the refund is initiated. If you haven’t received the refund within 14 days, please contact your bank and provide the UTR to help them trace it faster.
